Pravin started his entrepreneurial journey after over 20 years of work experience in Human Resources in industries like Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, and along with like- minded friends started Fingel Management Services. Fingel was started by founders with an objective to serve the unserved and underserved population of country, especially in rural part of India, with the help of technology and bring them in mainstream of financial services. Ultimately resulting into economic upliftment. Pravin during his career of two decades has worked with companies like Asian Paints, Welspun Group of Companies, Reliance Capital Ltd., Dewan Housing Finance Corp. Ltd., Weizmann Forex Ltd., Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd. and Altum Credo Home Finance.
Pravin has experience of working with Entrepreneurs & Business Leaders in diverse business environments like early-stage start-up, large Financial Services Company, large Manufacturing Companies. Pravin’s strong suits are in, understanding business objectives, especially in early stage & transformative stage and align business & people practices to achieve those business objectives. Pravin is leading Fingel to meet business objectives with three core values – Respect, Transparency & Simplicity.
Pravin has received awards like ‘40 Most Talented HR Leaders – 2014’ and ‘50 Young HR Leaders - 2015’ from Asia Pacific HRM Congress.
Pravin is Science graduate from Mumbai University with Physics as his major and did Management Development course from IIM – Ahmedabad.
